customize my website perfectly to mobile

i require 4 things : 1 - the site menu should look like at the attachment picture, in every phone, and every browsers (google chrome, safari, regular internet browsers coming with phones) and the menu icons should not move an inch even if the client press them (it is java script requires) 2 - each product page has description about the game, and a video of the product. as you can see in the picture, the video is not proportional . it is very long, and i want it to look good. 3- at the cart page, it look like a mess, buttons on each other, i want it to look clean and simple. (enter coupon, continue to pay, update cart, name of the product and price, amount and etc, i want it all to be organized perfect. 4- at "contact us" page, the "send menu is align to right instead of being in the center. also the captcha is. i want it to be centered and proportional. i will not received any excuses, do not offer me any bid if you don't do perfect job, and if you don't have the right tools to check your work.
