Develop all features of a Video based Ad network (Web application End Only) which has already been designed. Features include: 1. Login/Register (AUTH) as Advertiser & Publisher 2. As an Advertiser, fund account from credit card (we have payment network setup already, just to integrate) 3. As an Advertiser, Create video ads with ability to upload video Ad (restricted to 30-sec ONLY) and using compression engine to reduce the size of video. Note, video Ad campaign can only be active after funding account. Ad budget cannot be more than fund in account. 4. As an Advertiser, you can change account settings like password, credit card details, address, bank details, etc. 5. As an Advertiser, you can monitor each Ad campaigns through real time analytics which is connect to a DB showing all details of completed videos watched. 6. As a Publisher, Create new app/website to place Ads in. 7. As a Publisher, Create new placement with details of where ads should be placed. 8. As a Publisher, Ability to monitor money earned from your users completely watched videos. 9. As a Publisher, Monitor all events of the Ads placed through real time analytics connected to a DB. Please Note: The scope Excludes work on the design of the Website as we would provide the complete design. It also excludes the ADVIEWER and ADRANDOMIZER snippets as that has been built and would be connected to the DB of the Web app upon completion.
