Modify Perfex CRM website - Codeigniter

Thank you for showing interest in our project. I would like to modify the Perfex CRM from codecanyon ([login to view URL]) to better suit our small business, we are a small construction company that want to modify this software to better suit the office needs. I have tried to list the steps in the attached document the best I can with pictures to help describe our needs, if you are not sure of any of the steps please message me to clarify before bidding. We will need to do more work in the very near future as we use the application more and find more changes that will need to be done to help the office, the winner of these jobs will almost certain do any work in the CRM in the future.. experience with Perfex CRM preferable., Attached are the work instructions with what changes i require, any questions don't hesitate to ask.
