Build a Responsive Web App

I would like you to design a responsive and functioning Web App. Web app must use the following Bootstrap Template: [login to view URL] Project can use any programming language but I do prefer to be Microsoft based. The web app must be responsive web design. I will supply you with an MS Access database with RV table that has the following fields populated: - Company name (text) - model name (text) - model image (image) You can use access, sql express or any other free database solution for app. Database Design: User setup - First Name (text) - Last Name (text) - Email (text) - Photo of user (image) - Role (List) Recreational Vehicles (RV) - Company (Drop-down list) - Category (Drop-down list) - RV Model (text) - RV Model Image (image) - Side Wall (checkbox) - Floor (checkbox) - Roof (checkbox) - Front Wrap (checkbox) - Description (text) - Comments (text) - Deleted (checkbox) - User that Deleted it (checkbox) There will be three different types of users. One is Super Admin which can do everything. Second is a user that can edit records. Third is a read only user. Regular User: - Logs into system - Has a view of Dashboard - Is able to edit their own User data (except change Role) - Is able to edit any data in RV table (including delete) Read Only User: - Logs into system - Has a view of Dashboard - Is able to edit their own User data (except change Role) - Can ONLY view data in RV table (no editing) Super Admin: - Same functions as Regular User - Has an admin section where they can modify database structure by adding, modifying and/or removing fields in database for User and RV tables. Once user logs into app they will go to Dashboard Dashboard on the left hand menu will have a choice View 1 (default) and View 2. - View 1 will be RV table view in Panels with tabs - View 2 will be RV table view in Bootstrap Tables Dashboard on the left hand menu for only super user will have modify database - Modify User table - Modify RV table Dashboard (Reports) - View RV’s by company and/or Category with the choice of choosing All Companies and All Categories - View by Panels with Tabs ([login to view URL] - Look at Components/Panels) - View by Bootstrap Tables ([login to view URL] - Look at Table List/Bootstrap Tables) - Ability to search in table and panel view - Ability to create a query to view a report, for example: - View All RV's that side wall is true - View All RV's that side wall and floors is true - View All RV's that side wall is true and Category is Trailer - etc. I would like to split this app development into three milestones: 1st is functional spec and design document submitted. (10%) 2nd is develop and demonstrate app (60%) 3rd acceptance of final product (30%) You must show me examples of previous work that are similar to this application functions. You must show me responsive design samples of previous work.
