Build an Online Store

Hi, I have an online store on Magento 1.7.0.2 with custom theme. I need to Migrate the data and to put Magentech Market theme in Magento 1.9.x (last supported community version). [login to view URL] The data must be migrated to the new version at the moment when everything is ready to goes to a life version. All current data must be keep and upgraded to the new version of the site and the extensions. You have to prepare all on your test server and when everything is OK to copy the data to the my life server. You have to prepare and to optimize the current server if is necessary. Currently I am using two servers - one for web and one for MySql. I have all extensions with the last version compatible with 1.9.x The store is with single language and currency.
