Build a Jommla website

I would like to create for me a JOOMLA website where someone can buy and sell his new or used drone. I want JOOMLA because I have some knowledge about it so that I can manage it myself. I want the user to be able to register or login the website on his own and upload the ad of his drone by filling in some fields (some from drone down list, some with tick and some other input) and uploading photos. The post should be approved by me. On the homepage I want a banner with filters for search on the top left and a banner: sell your drone on the right which will be clicked by the visitor and will lead him to the registration or login form and posting his ad. Below them will be articles and various banners. There will be no purchases and sales through the Website, neither payments nor communications between members. Each user will have contact information and users will talk to each other by phone or e-mail. Thanks in advance
