Company has a custom CRM, We would like to create a mobile/tablet app for the CRM.
App should do the following:
- Login .
- Push notifications.
- Create/Edit/Delete Service Tickets.
- Signatures on Service Reports.
- Capture images and attach to Service Ticket.
- Record timestamps (Online and Offline) when service tech reaches the site, starts repair, finishes repair (Data Metrics MTTR, MTBF...).
