Build me a Fully Automated Shopify Store

I would like to hire a freelancer/ virtual assistant/ VA managing company. 1st Project: Fully Automated Shopify Store - Shopify store set up - Product and Inventory sourcing - Shopify design - Install proper apps to automate dropshipping - Social Media Ad Management (instagram / facebook) - Need to be able to completely set everything up including -- Video / Photo ad designs -- Ad copy to increase conversions -- Split testing ads on campagin manager -- Reducing conversion rate, increasing profits -- Handling customer service -- Handling returns -- Responding to ad comments -- Retargeting, create look alike audiences - Example Aliexpress dropship to customer via shopify platform with traffic driven by facebook ad. Goal is to scale this store to $100k+/mo and beyond with a net profit of 25%, fully managed by freelancers/ virtual assistants.
