Build a Custom Table Plugin for a Wordpress Website

Hi, I'm looking for a table plugin to be designed for a fitness website. The table needs to be responsive and look good for desktop as well as tablets and mobile phones. It should load quickly, and ideally not be javascript. The goal of the table is to be used for workout plans and should contain a colored bar at the top which can be used for the main table header (i.e. Monday: Chest), then just a single row for each exercise. On the left hand side should be a row header (i.e. Barbell Flat Bench Press) in larger header text, as well as any supporting text below it in regular styling. It should have two images on the right hand side (start/finish). Either the entire row, or the header text and images should be possible to link to via new tab. I'll provide a link to an example of exactly what I'm looking for to those who ask, and/or to the promising bidders. To make it easier to create tables for workout plans, it should be possible to create new tables and insert them into articles or pages with short code for each created table. The creation section should be layed out as above to make it possible to quickly create the table without adding html each time. i.e. Table Headline Row 1: Header Row 1: Text (if any) Row 1: Image 1 Row 1: Image 2 Row 1: Link (if any) Then it should be possible to add/delete rows as necessary. The image should be 70x70px. The way it should look is the text should be left aligned, and the two images right aligned within the row. For small screens like a mobile phone, the text should be above the two images. Thanks, Antony
