We want a CRM solution that is integrated to an Asterisk PBX . when a user is logged in, and a call comes to his extension, the CRM open a pop-up on target user screen. Pop will contain name of customer and phone number (if record exists already on CRM) with a link to view all correspondences (notes) with the caller .
If number is new/unknown, a link from the pop-up will take you to entry creation page.
Report manager will show all users and call traffic (Missing, Received, Outbound) - Time and total count

Have many experience about asterisk - freeswitch - mysql -php but i am not got some points;
Do you have any ready run system as CRM or need fully new one ? and if need a new CRM is only user splash (popup), register on that number to it is enough ?
Sorry for high bid on your budget but i can not ask it any other way and if whole system built up as tailor made we can discuss it ;)
