It's about having a task and start an auction for workers to bid for it. The winner will not be the cheaper but can be hand chosen by the user for non objetive criteria. Something like freelancers web pages but more specific. It'd be preferable to work on standard platforms like workpress or any other that can shorten the development cycle.
