A Platform that automatically generates floor plans.

Need a dynamic floor plan generator that provides several functions. Must know CAD and PHP because the images generated must be on scale. Must provide sample of previous work to show me you are familiar with design platforms. The platform will be used for dental office design. The platform offers a filter which allows user to choose requirements such as number of treatment rooms and number of office, number of bathrooms, etc. and the user enters the number of square feet or square meter of the area which he has. The platform must generate a sample floor plan based on the users' requirement. I have attached a screenshot of what am looking for. The platform generates the possible design options. I will provide sites with sample floor plans so you can see design ideas and that the platform must generate similar result. Different doctors specialty will generate different design. I will provide sample designs so you have an idea. The platform must be cloud based. The platform should also allow user to make modifications to the platform generated design. The platform must have a back end data base to store possible floor plan design. This site only uses a general filter: [login to view URL] but i want mine to actually generate an actual image and not just pdf. and i need the images to be on scale. Must know how to use CAD to achieve this.
