Fix Magento error and enable access to site

I've uploaded a copy of a Magento database and website files to a new server but after configuration I'm still not able to access the site.
The error message:
Connection to Redis failed after 2 [login to view URL] Error : (0) php_network_getaddresses: getaddrinfo failed: Name or service not known
Your task will be to fix this error and any other problems which prevent the Magento frontend and backend from being accessible.
