English-> PLEASE READ ALL ... I have an online store that works with Wordpress and WooCommerce. We implement a chat on our site on which only have access the to enter your order number and email and coincides with an order previously made, and that this is in a state of "In Process". There may be several agents to respond to these customers via chat, a limit of clients per agent and remain available when agents leave others waiting until one is available. The conversations are saved and order status can be changed from the agent chat, the chat should be adapted for mobile, and a simple but attractive design. Español-> LEER TODO POR FAVOR... Tengo una tienda virtual que funciona con Wordpress y Woocommerce. Queremos implementar un chat en nuestra página el cuál solo tendrá acceso el que ingrese su número de pedido y correo electrónico y coincida con un pedido previamente realizado, y que este se encuentre en estado de "En proceso". Podrá haber varios agentes para responder a estos clientes mediante chat, un limite de clientes por agente y cuando se queden agentes disponible dejar a los demás en espera hasta que haya alguno disponible. Las conversaciones son guardadas y el estado de pedido se podrá modificar desde el chat del agente, el chat debe ser adaptado para móviles, y un diseño sencillo pero atractivo.
