1) Develop a plugin that is displayed on user's dashboard as a simple table (4 colouns and 8 rows).
2) Allow Administrator, Editor, Author and Contributor to send Subscriber a customized table row that will be inserted in user's dashboard table via "PHP-Plugin" (see point n°4).
3) Only allow receiver-user to view his table content (make received rows private).
4) Create specific "PHP-Plugin" that another website holder can upload in his own FTP Files Manager and in which he can change the "row content value" to a PHP function (example: "$row=array("col1","col2","col3","col4");" ===> "$row=array($col1,$col2,$col3,$col4);"). The website holder should also be able to change user he wants to send the row to with a function (example : "sendto="username"; ===> "sendto="$username";").
Expecting a low price on this project (being aware that this plugin is pretty easy and quite fast to develop).
