Develop PockeyMoney iPhone App

I want to have an IOS app built (x code) that enables me to track my kids pocket money that I promise them. For example, they might receive $5 as a birthday present from a friend, i might give them $2 and then i don't physically want them keeping the money and losing it later. So i want an app build to track each of my kids pocket money and to be able to add funds to their account and to reduce the total in their accounts when they spend money. The App needs to be able to do the following: 1: add new users - add a name, add a photo, 2: Add inputed number to a database ("add money" button) with an input field to determine the number (dollar value with decimal e.g. $2.25) 3: Reduce value of the database ("spend money" button) with an input field to determine the number (dollar value with decimal e.g. $2.25) 4: Show a current balance / total for each child next to their photo / name each user has a page / tab in the app where they can see their name (top left hand side), photo, running balance, total amount.
