Develop a PHP API to manipulate PDF files

Develop a PHP API from scratch in order to be able to: - Upload a PDF file to AWS S3 - Copy a PDF file from AWS S3 - Creation and deletion of API tokens - Superimpose fields onto the PDF using drag and drop - Set field attributes (x/y position, width, height, role, required, visible, editable) - Auto-merge data into the PDF - Render the PDF to view - Render the PDF to edit, enforcing permissions of the API token's role for the object/file visible - is the field displayed? editable - can the field be populated? required - is population of the field mandatory for a successful submission of the form? - Measure whether a PDF has been edited successfully via an http/https callback (Inactive timeout, Cancelled, Complete) - Save the updated PDF once edits have been saved - Maintain a log of all API calls (API token id, IP address, method, parameters, response etc) Skills required for this project include: - PHP (Zend) and Javascript (jQuery) - Experience developing public facing APIs from scratch (Not just using APIs but developing the APIs themselves) - AWS (especially S3) via use of the AWS PHP SDK - Redis (for storage and retrieval of API tokens) - Experience in manipulating PDF files (Render onscreen, merge data in, map fields onto, text, initials and signature elements) jSignature etc
