C++ Desktop Program for WINTEL / Special Printer / Server Side communication

Write custom software in C/C++ for special printer: There was a Pilot project done in C/C++ by another Freelancer. All key funcitonality is there already coded and sources are availible. THIS MUST BE REUSED! We created *.w40sch files that are special messages that can be processed by the application and the printer About the Final application: - Central mysql / mariaDB on Server for communication secure (REST INTERFACE(?)) - Clients can pull data on request from the server and locally build w40sch messages. - Client that pull data on request form the server and locally build files for display (this can be done in HTML or an other format. Important is that we can easy customize and alter GUI from central repository) Like a CSS to a webpage - admin part of the application that is responsible for sync and purge. USECASE Of Application: - In idle mode Fullscreen an instruction or commercial video is shown - on pressing Print command, the print of the pre-defined w40sch is done Please look at the attached source sample and the POC (Proof of concept program) The POC Programm source code will be provided for the core function of communication with the special printer. -> [login to view URL] This is the printer. The app will run on a Windows 10 Tablet woth FullHD resolution. Please see provided wireframe for look and feel. In order to programm this i would like to have a designated person who i can reach over skype / whatsapp / QQi trough whole development process.
