Design a Website That Allows Users To Publish Landing Pages And Will Collect The Leads-Like a Mini Leadpages

This project is similar to what "Leadpages" /"Instapage"/ "Unbounce" does but on a much smaller scale (Only 4 total templates that are minimally editable) And system needs to be able to "capture" the lead when the form is filled out I need an online system designed for me that allows the multiple users to create and publish their online Landing pages using specific templates that I provide for the user. These templates/landing pages for this project are designed for the Real Estate Agent niche and should allow a non-tech saavy Real Estate Agent that is using the system to quickly publish the the "Pre- designed" landing pages . This system will capture buyer and seller leads for them when they drive traffic to the URL’s that they publish and leadboxes are filled out and submitted. Requirements Of SYstem: -I will be selling this to individual users- Each user will have access to their own pages -Will only have (4) total landing pages that can be published-These will not be "fully editable" and will have very minimal editable features available on the landing page -System needs to be able to capture the lead and store it in the system for agent to access - User must be alerted when lead comes in Via email or text (Can you implement this?) -System must be visually appealing and attractive and simple to use for users with minimal technical landing page knowledge Bid your cost to design and implement this system. Also let me know what recurring fees would need to be paid (hosting, etc) to maintain such a system. Initially i would plan on 100 users but would need the ability to expand the capacity as more users purchased the product
