Data Mining : Decision tree project using Python programming language

The complete description is in the file attached. this project must be done by a professional person who has comprehensive and complete knowledge of python programming language and data mining ( specifically decision tree algorithm). there is no chance for trying in this project. It is either you know or you do not know. I am very meticulous person and I expect impressive and professional project ( python code and report with a real and reasonable value as that in the project description). all decision tree drawings have to be shown in every steps and show how the decision tree growth till you have fully-grown tree. you must do all the 7 requirements that I have written in first page of my proposal.
