Customize WP plugin: client database

My name is Walter and I work at a legalhelpdesk, people come in with their legal problems and we provide them with an answer. After every walk-in-hour we collect the data from our clients and put it into the computer: name, phone number, address, their legal question and our answer. I am trying to find a better way to collect the client information and I have found a great plugin but it needs some customization. Please look at the demo of the plugin so you know what I mean with the things I want changed: [login to view URL] The following things I would like to see changed: - The entire login as client, projects, invoices and contacts can be deleted, we would like to use it as a clientdatabase. The employees of the helpdesk will enter the data of the people who came in into the system together with their legal question + the answer we gave them. The clients themselves do not need to have access. - Inside the screen where the clientinformation has to be filled in I would like to see less forms, just the following: [login to view URL] (the forms with a little arrow are supposed to be dropdown menus and there should be a little checkbox on the end). There will also be a printbutton to print the all the clientdata. - In the client overview screen I would like to see the cases displayed according to their casenumber, it would be nice to see who worked on the cases (this will always be two different people): [login to view URL] - The possibility to export all clientfiles at once to .zip, this would be a button underneath the client overview screen - Extra: would be nice to have statistics of how many times the little box in the client information page has been ticked and how many times which options have been chosen from the dropdown menu’s. This does not have to be fancy with graps etc, just a little counter (perhaps a fresh start for each month of the year). - Extra: the possibility for each employee to have their own account with different user permissions/rights. The employees can only edit their own cases + the board that consists of 4 people that can make changes to all cases. [login to view URL] I hope I explained it thoroughly enough, if something is not clear enough, please ask and I will try to explain it in more depth. At this moment the website already has Wordpress so I don’t think it would be much of a hassle to install the plugin. Again: the idea is that everything will be on the backend, there will not be any access by clients. The system is only meant to be an upgrade to the system that we are using now where the files can only be accessed from 1 computer at 1 location. I would love to get an estimate on how much this would cost, I would also really appreciate it if you could help out in any other way, for example by suggesting people who could do this for me. Finally I would like to add that the project will not be awarded straight to the first bidder. I don’t want any nonsense auto-bids with copy pasted text. As a client I would like the developer to think with me and I would like you to actually read what I wrote down. As proof that you actually read the project post the answer to (6+7) in your bid.
