Customize Magento Extension - Sold Together

I have sold together extension with some customizations done, but i need fix some issues:
1 - Move up pop-up position.
2 - At pop-up, when unselect a product, this image should fade out.
3 - When select color and/or size in main product, automatically select this options at pop-up.
4 - when don't select any option at main product, but select options at pop-up, "add to cart" button should work.
5 - The extension should work with simple and configurable products.
