Customize an AMP Template

We need a web developer to customize the following AMP template (which we have already bought): [login to view URL] Requirements: - You must have experience on HTML5, CSS3, and fundamentally on the new AMP standard (Accelerated Mobile Pages). Tasks to do: 1. Modify the template to include the following sections (copying them from our current HTML landing page) a) Home: It will have a text block, then a lead form. This form will show first just to fields, after the user clicks Send, I will show two new fields (and will hide the previous two fields); after the user clicks Send again, it will send the data for the 4 fields by Email using SMTP. The template already includes a working contact form, compatible with SMTP, so you will just need to customize it, so it shows first two fields, and then another two. b) Why to choose us: This section will have a title, a text block, a YouTube Video, and then 3 more text blocks. c) More info: This sections will have a text block, and then 6 bulleted text blocks. d) Our Fees: it will have 3 pricing tables. e) FAQs: A title, a text block and then 6 bulleted text blocks. f) Contact: Contact Info, and a new form. This time a simple form, asking for Name, Email, and Enquiry. This form will also send the data by STMP. 2. Check the new pages to be AMP valid, at: [login to view URL] 3. Upload the new pages to Google AMP Cache: [login to view URL] 4. Check and solve any issues about page speed and optimization at: [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] 5. Replicate the landing 4 times (in different folders of the same domain), just changing some text.
