Custom Script for Unifi Wireless Controller (MongoDB)

Hello, I'm running a controller for wireless access point. We create user and add them to a group so their limit their bandwidth. I want that when user reach an amount of download during the day that we switch the speed limit. There is already a script that exist but for Windows. I'm running this software on Unbuntu. [login to view URL] There is 2 kinds of user, user and guest. the script have to apply to guest only. Want to received an email with who have downgrade to the lowest speed. Scripts have to run each 24h. Scripts have to reset every guest to their original speed after 24h. I need to be able to choose with site to run the scripts. Not on every site. Maybe more stuff to come later! Low budget but I can pay if job is down proprely. Need this by the end of the week.!
