Custom Mapping System

I wish to create a facility reservation system that has two views: A. Control Panel 1) Allow a user to upload an image of a facility or building map. This image will be jpg or png and be a decent resolution (1080p or better) 2) Allow a user to draw boundaries of different areas on the image, and name them 3) Allow a user to make a list of attributes that can be assigned to areas 4) Take a list of areas, and assign attributes to them 5) Store this information in a database so that it can be referenced visually later 6) Be able to view the map based on a database of dates. Sections which have been claimed will be color coded appropriately. B. User Interface: The public-facing interface will be a split page. On the left will be a list of attributes for the specified facility with a date range selector, and on the right is the map of the facility with the boundaries (similar to the view of A.6 above) 1) The user can select and deselect attributes, and it should change the available areas on the map 2) The user can select an area and view the available attributes for that area. 3) The user can click a button to place an order to rent the selected area for the dates specified 4) The user should be able to zoom in and out, and move the map to get a better look at available spaces in the event that the map is large
