Custom CMS w/ Pages, eCommerce, Blog and Affiliate Program

Hi Freelancers, I would like to create a CMS for my small business. As of now I use several opensource software that is bloated with things I don't need or are missing the things that I do need. For the past several years I have needed to buy "custon modules" and "custom plugins" for basic things that should already come with such software. Some worked great, some did not work at all and 100% of them are never up-to-date. I would like for this CMS to be built using Laravel 5.2 and it should not contain any sort of vulnerabilities. This means no possibility of XSS, CSRF, SQJ Injections and/or spam. My goal is to eventually develop Android and iOS mobile applications for this CMS for me to be able to manage it while not in my office. That said, this CMS should be built with such scalability for when that time comes (I was recommended to implement RESTful API's? Not exactly sure what that is. Anyway...) I would like for this CMS to be built in phases/stages and it must be 100% clean code and secure. I will provide all HTML/CSS/JS files needed for integration and all files will be 100% valid and clean with 0 errors. Once integrated; the dynamic content and/or pages this CMS creates should maintain its 100% valid and clean code with 0 errors. This CMS will require: 1) Create/Edit/Manage Pages and Page Categories / Sub Categories 2) Create/Edit/ Manage (Blog) Posts and Post Categories / Subcategories 3) Create/Edit/Manage Products and Product Categories 4) Affiliate Program that detects which affiliate referred me my sale *All details will be fully explained once awarded.
