Create a requirement for one my website- ( Need urgently)

Dear All,

I need some one who can write SRS about a new requirement of a website.

I need a person who has written technical requirement number of times for a website.

Further after SRS is approved i need PPT presentation also.

I need Data Flow Diagram then.

Further i need an excel sheet which should tell me how many hours is needed for which phase and how many developers too.

I need full planning of making a website from a scratch level to broad level.

Please bid if you have very good experience in it.

After project is done 100% . All files are transferred and everything done then money will be released.

After i am satisfied with work then money will be released
