Hello, I have read the requirements and I think those two plugins which you are planning to use are developed for normal payment flow only(still I can deeply check if I am wrong) but the requirements you have need Stripe Connect and Paypal Adaptive payment that can splits the payment. As a answer for your question about price, the planning I am doing to achieve your requirements would cost you around €500, total for both plugins. What I am planning, is to develop standalone woocommerce adons that user split payments mode for palpal and stirpe. We know how to calculate the prices from woocommerce checkout and will make plugin split the spares accordingly. It will also save data in db so you can have it available on admin panel whenever you want to see both you partners shares.
