Create basic Wordpress theme

I would like to have a very basic custom-built Wordpress theme that looks like the website [login to view URL] In short: - very minimalistic, less code is better - post template, page template and front page template, menu on top - Google font "open sans" - very minimalistic, see [login to view URL] The post template should look like e.g. [login to view URL] The page template should look like e.g. [login to view URL] The menu should be the same as on one of the above pages, with a larger logo area on the top left Some site-wide modifications: - blue instead of green - post image should be same width as text - font open sans and slightly bigger - single column should be a little bit less wide - different bullet points than the tacos in the example site Some remarks: - blue color should be editable in Wordpress dashboard - fonts (text, H1, H2 etc.) should be editable in Wordpress dashboard - I want a table of contents optionality built-in in the theme - should be mobile responsive
