Create a Wordpress Template

Our client needs a html theme converted to wordpress The link to the theme is [login to view URL] This theme requires only 2 pages. The main paage and an article page. It is a very basic theme but the key features need to be the same. Main Page: 1. the top ads section will be included named as [login to view URL] 2. the side bar ads section will be included named as [login to view URL] 3. There needs to be a ribbon for each news type and the appropriate ribbon will show for whatever category the story is included 4.
