Create a Wordpress Template -- 2

Hello , I have a website design created on Adobe illustrator . ( design for Computer and other for Mobiles ) And looking for a developer to make a wordpress template for that design . Website idea : - 1st page is an intro page to enter the website . - I have 6 main sections in the main menu . - The main menu will be as a slider and the active section will be in the left side . - In each section i have a logo for that section , description and a background . - When i press on the slider the 2nd section will come in the left side and the background will changed to the background related to that section . - When i press on the section logo i will be forwarded to the section page . - in section page i have logos as a folders to save pictures there . - in each folder there is a pictures slider . - and last i have a secondary menu in the bottom including about us , contact us pages . The admin will manage the following : - add delete or edit a new logos ( folders ) in each section . - add delete or edit pictures inside the folders .
