Create a Wordpress Plugin

I need a separate addon (plugin) for "Formidable Forms" WordPress plugin that will allow me to merge images onto PDF in specified locations on the PDF. The images must be mapped to a PDF text form field. Formidable Forms plugin is a popular Wordpress forms plugin. I am using Formidable Pro2PDF plugin to map web form fields to regular text fields on the PDF form and get the filled out PDF. Pro2PDF, unfortunately, does not allow merging images on to the PDF. The images that I need to merge onto PDF are external URL images (dynamic barcodes, e.g. [login to view URL]) and must be added via "Image URL" field type on the Formidable Forms form creation/editing page. If you download Formidable Forms plugin, it will be clear what this "Image URL" field type is. If you download Formidable Pro2Pdf plugin, you can also get an idea on implementing this project. So, in summary, I would map the image (in my specific case, it will be dynamic barcodes, 1 or more) to the specific location (1 or more) on the PDF form(s)(1 or more). I believe this problem can be solved by integrating mPDF into solution. There must be an ability to allow merging multiple images in multiple PDF form locations. There must also be a support to map unlimited amount of web forms with PDF forms. The addon should work seamlessly and run alongside with Pro2PDF (and not break when updates come in), so that when the user submits a web form, the text fields will be merged to the PDF with the Pro2PDF plugin and the image(s) would be merged to the same PDF via this new addon and the final result would be 1 PDF file that contains both merged text and images.
