My name is Eric (hyperlink: [login to view URL]) and I am currently a Product Manager for one of Australia’s largest banks. In my 10+years in the lending industry, my biggest frustration has been the lack of recognition for customers that demonstrate excellent lending history. It’s akin to referencing Don Bradman as a good player because he averaged more than 50 runs (Don is a great player because he averaged 99.94 runs per innings). This start-up venture is seeking to shake up the Australian home loans industry and promote risk-based pricing. Our vision is to let borrowers know if they are good or great borrowers and if you’re the latter, you should leverage that information to get a better deal from the banks. Paying off a home loan is the largest household expenditure throughout your life so it makes sense to get the best deal possible.
