Create Widgets

MainStRock is a user generated content site, a large portion of the site utilizes the "Geo Directory Plug-in". "[url removed, login to view]" This is a simple project in which we need three widgets

created for the Geo Directory portion of the website. Please note our test site is MainStreetRocks.com. Once this project is completed the website will be converted to [url removed, login to view]

1) Child Category Widget

* Currently the category pages display a widget of "popular categories".

* Instead of a popular category widget, we would like a widget that displays the child category of the selected category.

* For Example: the restaurant category page, instead of seeing the popular categories they will instead see the child categories.

* This widget we would also like to appear in the same manor in the Child Category pages. On this type of page this widget will display all of the child

categories associated with the category of that child category. For Example lets say restaurant is the category and "Pizza" is the child category. If the user

is on the pizza child category page, this widget will display all of the child categories of restaurant since this is the parent category.

2) Google Map Widget

Create a widget that will be placed on the bottom of the category page and child category pages. For Example: This widget will display the Google maps search results

for the name of the category of the page the user is on, in the area of their current mobile or IP address.

* If a user selects the "Restaurant" Category", it would automatically conduct a search for the name of the category type (Restaurants) under Google Maps in the area associated with the IP address (As seen in the image.)

3) RSS Widget:

*We Would like to have an RSS Widget on the bottom of all Category Post Pages.

* We would like the ability for each category to have different feeds.

* For Example, the "faith" category will have a different feed then the "health" category.

* I believe this widget already exists in the Newspaper 6 theme that is already installed , however there is a chance you may have to create it.

*Widget show display an image as well as have the ability to limit the number of post feed.

PLEASE NOTE: We are always creating new post categories so this widget must be standard on all post category pages.

We would like the project completed in three to seven (3-7) days.
