Create MySQL Database And Interface To Replace Excel Reporting Summaries

This project involves creating a MySQL database that organizes sales data into several different summaries. I currently use an Excel worksheet (using data tables) for this operation. However, a true database is better suited for the project.
The input data is a txt file, which I parse into an Excel spreadsheet. Each data file has the same fields, but varies in number of records/rows. The data file contains information for three primary data types: sales orders, refunds and adjustments. Information for a single sales order or refund is contained in multiple records/rows and must the summarized into a single record.
The Excel spreadsheet I use, works fine for creating the various summaries for a given batch file. However, the spreadsheet does not have the capability to aggregate the data by date ranges. I need the ability to report by data batch and/or date range.
The various summaries/reports needed are:
1. Date, Transaction Type, Order, SKU
2. Date, Transaction Type, SKU
3. Transaction Type, SKU
4. Date, Transaction Type
5. Transaction Type
6. Reconciliation Summary
7. Shrinkage adjustments by SKU
Please see the attached Excel spreadsheet. It contains the data file (Raw Data tab) and the various summaries. Not all of the columns shown on the sheet need to be shown on the reports.
The database must have an interface where the batch number and/or date range can be entered and be able to select the various reports to be displayed. The interface does not need to be beautiful, simply operational.
