Copy a website

Hello guys, I have a website in maintenance which is broken because someone broke in, and it's sending much mails, etc, etc.. I allready had some very skilled person trying to undo this, but it's nearly impossible, so I have to do it the other way: Make a new one! I want a new Joomla website, with a fresh and identical new template, running on the latest Joomla version, which is exactly the same as the one right now. The URL is: [login to view URL](-)ono(-)mic(-).nl (remove the (-) , I don't want it indexed in Google..) You cannot use any source code from the old one. You cannot use the database of the old one. Both for obvious reasons ofcourse. It will be hosted on my dedicated server, in a random subfolder I'm going to create. Good luck, and happy bidding!
