Convert a Template to a Website

Hi, I'm looking for a wordpress expert to setup a website using wordpress theme. I am looking for someone i can keep on working with, who has excellent set of skills and is professional who will do the job professionally and on time. Theme i want set up is [login to view URL] This theme needs to be set up like it is in a demo, with menu. Style for menu will be menu view 3. Theme needs to be fully setup for customers can place orders online and make payments. Along with this website all the content needs to be set up as well along with all the menu items, prices, pictures etc. All content will be provided. Website also needs to be linked to social media platforms and needs to have all SEO friendly plugins installed. When bidding for this project, please advise how many days it will take you to finish. Communication is key so skype is must and emails must be answered at all times and if you have whatsapp and viber thats fine as well, i am always available via skype from 9am to 11pm almost everyday including weekends.
