Convert a Template to a Website

My company already has a WordPress theme from Chimpstudio in place and I now wish to have some adjustments at the template, at least to generate a childtheme out of it. All needed files are uploaded here (Original Logo, Favicon, Logo Button 57x57, 114x114, 320x460), WordPress is installed and runs on a hosting, all IP-related issues are fixed. Actually there is no adjustment at the design required, if the option for it is still there, would be brilliant. More Knowhow about WP-Plugins supposed to be not the worst. About the Plugins, the following Plugins are necessary to have:
- multilingual
- security
- ad-to-home-screen button
Based on the sitemap I would forward all relevant [login to view URL] soon we come together.
Note: There is already a Plugin available, from Elegantthemes, it is called HandHeld, but this does not match with the design from Chimpstudio. Of course I could forward it, as I have bought it from [login to view URL] website I would guess is not so difficult and really everything is prepared to make the adjustments, means, the theme is active, the Plugins are in place, the domain connected, etc. This Plugin to display one of the themes' menus separately is the main issue I actually have (mobile optimized).The license agreement with Elegantthemes is ok so far it is not running on several machines. Since I don't use it, the one who works with it may be able to do. And to not forget, that the full functionality of this Plugin is not requested, only to display one of the theme-menues within a separate mobile site, this is what this Plugin does, but with the complete theme.
