Mr. Fusillo has over 17 years of management responsibility in water and wastewater engineering profession, including water treatment, distribution, storage and sustainability; and wastewater treatment, collection and reuse. Mr. Fusillo has extensive design experience in conventional and non-conventional (non-invasive) pipeline construction techniques including open trenching, sliplining horizontal directional drilling and microtunneling. He has also designed and supervised construction for elevated and ground water storage tanks, water booster/softening and pump stations, sanitary booster and lift stations, and sanitary vacuum sewers and stations. Mr. Fusillo’s experience includes master planning for water and wastewater distribution and collection systems and facilities, water rate studies, and cost estimating. He has brought state-of-the-art design techniques to the Bowne Water Engineering practice, utilizing new and best available technologies for water production wells, as well as nitrate, perchlorate and VOC removal facilities. Mr. Fusillo holds a B.S.A.S in Civil Engineering Technology from Youngstown State University, where he was inducted into Omicron Delta Kappa, a national leadership honor society. He is currently licensed as a Professional Engineer in New York. Other experience includes site layout, storm drainage and storm water management, landfill design including municipal solid waste recycling (MSWR) and construction demolition and debris (CD&D).
