In fact, we operate an ISP in the Netherlands and we use some of OVH's servers as well, so we deal with these things every day. rDNS is possible through OVH's control panel, so you can modify the records anytime right from the control panel, but for the other requests, we will be happy to setup and configure Apache and MySQL for you, as well as install WordPress for you and configure your DNS records. No cPanel will be required. We will also show you how to use SFTP to upload or modify your WordPress files, and can also show you how to add websites to the server in case you are interested.
