Complete my wordpress theme

I designed a website in illustrator and had a developer work on it. It's 90 % complete which doesn't help me out at all. The responsive is almost done and the visuals and media areas need to be fixed. I'm looking for someone that is really creative to complete the site and the things i need on it. You will have to do the following: Install and setup the wordpress theme on my main site as a subdomain Complete the wordpress design made from my illustrator file. Both the main and responsive designs Add in some of the content from my old site into the portfolio section Be familiar with video background and layers Make sure the pages are working, i.e. the contact page gets contacts Add in a notification plugin so when i do a blog the notifications pop up. Finally make my main site live. If you do not know how to do cool stuff using css3 or jquery then this isn't a job for you. It will also look great as a portfolio piece as well.
