Chrome plugin to refresh a website and click a button if there.

I want someone to develop a quick chrome plugin or some script that will work within chrome that will automatically refresh a website every 30 seconds and send a click on a button if it is there. Don't want this to take control of the active window at all. The website has Cloudflare so there should be a delay occasionally when refreshing the page while Cloudflare "checks" the browser. Open to all options. Will give more information if needed.
