Change a table from a database generated call into an array to redistribute values before rendering output table

We have a report table that is generated from mysql call values and simple math calculations per line. We need to first create an array so we can assess after building the array, if a record line has values that need to be redistributed to the other records, then update the array. The table is then generated from the array instead of directly from the raw data.
We can provide screen shot details of the rendered table to illustrate the redistribution of values to interested coders.
