Cart modifications in Virtuemart

The following is a short list of updates that I need made to an existing Joomla site that is running Virtuemart as a shopping cart. Remove the \"Sort by\" and the \"Manufacturer:\" selection pull down menus so that they will not show up an any pages. Remove the \"prefix\" and \"Suffix\" text that is displayed at the beginning and end of the shipping method on the product details pages. Currently the words \"With shipment\" and \"for $0.00\" are automatically added to the shipping method title. I need it updated so that only the title shows. I need the info that is entered into the text box at the top of the \"Custom Designs\" page to be captured and populated on all of the forms associated with the checkout process. On the cart page I would like the info from the text box to be displayed Under the product title in the \"Name\" column. The info from the text box should also be included in all of the notification emails that are sent out when an order has been completed \"one to the buyer and one to the seller\". This info should also be included in the \"order\" that is captured in virtuemart. A plugin was used to make this text box but it is not working for some reason. Need to fix it. I am willing to use a different plugin if it makes things easier. Make the United States the default country on the bill to and ship to pages when entering address information.
