I have a big project who have ability to do responsive web designing.
I have bad experience with some of so called expert who did provide me what i asked for and stole my money.
So i need you to prove me that you are capable with responsive css designing ( for both mobile and desktop) and wordpress theme editing task.
so i will give you a very simple css Form to edit. i will show you one of my website then you must do exact ( or more better ) style of that form by looking at it. ( it wont take 30 mins)

if i liked your design i will give you the job. but you must have ability to do anything about wordpress too. so i will give you some small task ( some thing like implement the form in wordpress and stuff ) to see if you are capable in that as well
