CPA+CPC Script Programmer (maybe integretion with crm)

I am creating an internet marketing company and I need a full time programmer to do the sites coding. The exact programming details are far too complicated to explain on this project description, but basically I am looking for someone who can create a full CPA (cost per action), CPC (cost per click) script along with all of the necessary security/admin privileges and lead tracking. If you have done something like this before it is a major plus. Please bid on your estimated price to create all 3 of these scripts along with your experience. Communication is VERY important, and I want to be able to talk to you frequently via MSN/Yahoo or AIM messenger. This is a huge project and if you do well, you can become our full time programmer that we will contact for all of our programming issues.
