I would like a program written that can communicate with a large number of virtual com ports to send sms. Various parameters will need to be met within the software eg. how may messages are sent per com port, frequencey of sent messages, ability to input numbers to send to via cvs file, randomising these numbers between the different com ports, input message content via cvs file, randomising this content between different com ports etc.
There is software that we use at the moment called smscaster, that will give some idea as to my requirements, this does the job but needs to be more refined with greater functionality.
