1. Introduction & background To meet customers demands and stay ahead of the technical growth, ZoCom needs a new respon- sive web. Since Google launched the new algorithm for searches, where mobile responsive sites gets ranked higher, this is an important task for the new web. 2. Objectives - Increase number of unique visitors on web page. - Increase number of people aplying for our job openings. - Increase awareness of our offers, products and services. - Visualize our references, in good manners. - Build brand - Extremely easy to manage content in simple admin user interface 3. Key Audience - Schools, education leaders - Entrepreneurs in need of help and support - Companies in need of new websites - Customers for any of our products - References - Members of the press - Existing clients 5. Technical specifications The entire site shall be in Swedish or English depending on where you brows in from. Sweden=Swedish, Rest of the World=English. All pages in the site should have unique links with same URL as the headline as each page. One in Swedish and one in English. All pages should have tags easy accessible through the admin interface. Easy access to change the news, including a standard format where we can put pictures. Links to sub page “press”. Including share buttons for LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter. Job openings Ability to add new job openings according to pre set form as designed by ZoCom. Attached. With a candidate database accessible trough the admin interface. Database for job openings The ability to write and publish articles on job openings. Each article generates a “link” shown on the Home Page. All available openings should be browsable if “Jobba med oss” (the first item in the sequence) is clicked. On the Home Page Just beneath the carousel job opportunities are shown. They should rotate at an even pace based on the job articles that are published at the moment. A click on one of the titles should redirect the visitor to the specific job article. The article includes a Title, a description, e-mail field, cv-field (file upload, send with the email), contact information to the HR Manager social media options and buttons for emailing or printing the site. If a job article is removed it should no longer be a part of the rotation If the visitor sends an e-mail with the form an automated “Thank you, we will be in touch” response should be sent. This message should be customizable by logging in to the admin panel. All info that candidates sent (CV, Name, e-mail) shall be saved in our candidate database and be accessible in the admin interface. Dynamic header Ability to change pictures in header according to standard format. At the top of the home page ZoComs projects are shown in a carousel. The animation should be toned in (from low opacity to high), text and images should be able to be animated on top of the carousel picture. See [login to view URL] for reference. When the the current project shown in the carousel is clicked, the visitor is redirected to a sub-page for that project. Pictures in the header should be replaceable. Picture database The ability to change the pictures on the web-site if needed. They should not be hard coded into the theme. Foto upload with crop so all pictures looks nice when whey are publiched. Database for news The ability to write and publish articles. Each article generates a preview that is shown on the sites Home Page. The middle part of the home page (the round portraits) shows the latest news. Date, category, pic- ture, title, short summary and the continue reading button should be there for every project. Item shown here should be generated from news made from the admin panel. An admin should be able to log in, write a new article and the new item should pop up on the home page.
