Build styled page for list of twitter users with tweet prompt

This project has 2 parts. It is for a blog site that already has 100+ articles. I am using wordpress and the Divi theme Part A. Create a template in wordpress. This template will have 3 parts: 1. A paragraph header description that describes the list. 2. A list of twitter handles that gets styled as a 2 column list. The first column includes the twitter handle, the second column is a button to follow that person. The input will be a potentially long list (5000 or more) of twitter handles. Potentially several columns should be used to maximize space. The user should only have to paste in a list of handles and the template should do rest. Handles pasted will be one per line and not include the @ in front of the twitter handle. 3. A list of topical blogs from the blog site. Give options in the template to pick by category or keyword. Max 5 blogs to show. Summation: the user should be able to write a short description, paste in a list of handles and choose a few articles to include. Part B A mechanism that only shows part of the list. If the reader wants to access the entire list, they must tweet the article. After the article is tweeted, then they get access to the entire list.
