Build simple Proof of Concept for audience polling -- 2

Proof of concept for polling an audience using a browser on their smart phone and showing the results on a big screen on the stage. Quite simply: We have a list of questions we want to ask an audience. Audience members load a website and it shows the first question along with their available options. They select an option and it posts the data to the website. After waiting, the presenter goes to their computer and displays a summary of the responses. Code Requirements: Clean, simple, documented code. Do not use free downloaded php packages unless you're prepared to pare it back to the raw basics and ONLY deliver what was asked for. Database: 2 tables PHP: 3 files Design: simple black text in tables no CSS, no styling etc Training: 2 hrs face-to-face or video training This is the beginning. If this goes ahead we will build out the app more fully. More detailed specification is attached.
